Gary has been a physical therapist for 20 years. He is the Vice President of TAYBS (Townsend Ashby Youth Baseball & Softball), and the Director of Macintosh River Rats Baseball.
Gary also is a loving husband, an amazing father to his two boys, an ideal coworker, and a one-of-a-kind friend.
In his free time, you can find Gary on the baseball field coaching 2-4 teams a season, or at the ice rink, cheering on his boys. When not writing blog posts or podcasting, he enjoys reading a new book, learning something new, meditating, geeking out on all things money, or hitting the gym.

Peter has his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. He is a Strength & Conditioning Coach, as well as, a Lifestyle & Nutritional Coach

Prior to working With Gary and Peter for the last three years, Sarah spent seven years working as a medical assistant before Gary finally convinced her to come work with them.
Sarah loves spending time with her family and close friends as much as possible. She is a lover of all animals and prefers dogs over people most of the time.
In her free time, Sarah likes to hike and is currently working on the NH 48, 4000 footers. Sarah is also a bit of a sun worshipper and loves being at the beach. She enjoys baking, cooking, and trying out new recipes. She is a bit of a workaholic but loves to travel when she does occasionally take time off.
Sarah’s useless skills include being able to use movie quotes in normal conversation, hand gestures, and breaking into random song mid-sentence.
