The F&B team talks about what it means to each of them to design their life/future and whether that is something they do and something we should be doing.

Gary and Peter are big believers in life design, whereas Sarah wants to live in the moment.  Each person talks about what their future life would look like in an optimal world.  We make Sarah take a moment to reflect and talk about what she wants in the future even though it makes her uncomfortable.
