Next, we dive into our topic of the day, “It’s My Life: What it means to design your future/life.”
The F&B team talks about what it means to each of them to design their life/future and whether that is something they do and something we should be doing.
Gary and Peter are big believers in life design, whereas Sarah wants to live in the moment. Each person talks about what their future life would look like in an optimal world. We make Sarah take a moment to reflect and talk about what she wants in the future even though it makes her uncomfortable.
Peter gets an inspiring text message from a listener who is taking our message about doing hard things and applying it to her life daily. This listener would often make lists and leave off the most challenging thing. After listening to the show and talking to Pete, she starts each day with the most challenging thing on her list.
