The team keeps trying new intros and each one is worse than the last.  Gary is not interested in small talk so we start the show.

Win/Fail:

In our win/fail segment:

Peter failed by calling out of work because of a lack of sleep.  FAIL.  Gary and Sarah do support Peter in that we only want the best version of Peter at work.

Gary has a fatherly win.  His son Ashton made varsity baseball as a Sophomore.  He got into the game to pitch, faced one batter, and struck him out.  Gary is proud of the confidence Ashton showed during that situation.  WIN.

Sarah has multiple fails.  Sarah skipped the fat pinch this week.  She was not mentally ready for a pinch this week.  FAIL.  Sarah also has a win by signing up for a 10K.  WIN.  We have a good conversation about creating external accountability to achieve a goal.
