The start of our show is delayed by Peter’s wife calling him right when we hit record.  She roller-bladed too far and wanted a ride home.

Sarah reviews an article about whether or not eating peanut butter before bed makes you gain weight?  This turns into a general discussion about how to gain and lose weight.
