Peter is wondering if he is exercising too much? He has added running, biking, rollerblading to his strength training. He is spending 2.5-3 hours per day and he is worried that this may be too much and maybe taking time away from something else.
Gary talks about his glide path towards retirement. He and his wife are planning to “practice” retirement by taking progressively longer vacations each year. They will ultimately take an entire month off 3 years from now. The plan is to try different locations/communities to see what they will want in retirement.
Sarah had Covid and took a week off. She realized that she needed the rest and also had a good week of introspection. She now questions how much she actually likes her job. Gary also failed by not really talking to Sarah all week.
