Peter has committed to riding his bike to work from now on. This new change allows for time efficiency, a good workout, saves money and is good for the environment.
Started a gratitude journal. He has built into his morning routine by stacking it on other habits he has built in the am. The goal is to start each day with a positive mindset.
Sarah ran 10.5 miles after being challenged by Gary to do so. She accomplished this big goal by setting smaller mental goals while she was running. As she achieved each smaller win, she set the next goal until she made it to 10+. Congrats Sarah!
