Is minimum wage going up a good thing? Gary argues that the rise in wages will accelerate the rise in the cost of goods. He is really calling out the companies for deceptive promotion of the rise in the minimum wage because they pass the cost onto the consumer.
A new study from UMass has determined we only need 7000 steps a day to reduce our risk of mortality. It is good to take more steps, but it does not have a change in mortality beyond 7000.
