We thank Amie for returning to the show and give her the feedback we received from her prior shows.  After that, we get into here results.

The first half of the conversation is a review of Amie’s plan fr the past 8 weeks along with whether or not she accomplished each thing.  We discuss her eating, exercise, and more.  In summary, Amie did a great job and achieved the following:

  • Body Weight:  Lost 4 lbs on the scale.
  • Body Fat:  Lost 9.3 lbs of fat.
  • Body Fat %:  Lost 6% body fat.
  • Muscle:  Gained 5.3 lbs of muscle.
  • Waist Line:  Lost 5.5 inches.
  • Total Body Comp Change:  14.6 lbs

Amie’s Plan/Goals:

To help Amie continue her success, we set forth the following plan and goals for the next 8 weeks:

  • Continue 1400 calories a week.
  • Continue exercise 4-5 days/week.
  • Lose 4 pounds to go from 125 to 121.
  • Do not weigh in for 8 weeks.
  • Lose 3% body fat to go from 31.5% to 28.5%.
